FIFA 2010 World Cup - Ulwazi Protection Services
Ulwazi Protection Services was appointed to provide security services at the Supersport Park FIFA Fan Fest in Centurion, Public Viewing Area at Temba Stadium and Public Viewing Area at Giant Stadium by the City of Tshwane during the FIFA 2010 World Cup.
It is an enormous privilege to be involved and provide services for such a prestigious world event which turned out to be a great success. The company would therefore like to thank all our staff members for the hard work and commitment shown within their roles in making the operation a success.
Your contributions to the event were truly above and beyond our own high standards, you have been the embodiment of Ulwazi Protection Services spirit and we are pleased to announce that as a team we accomplished our key goals.
New Offices
Ulwazi Group is pleased to announce the establishment of new offices in the following Provinces, Kwazulu Natal and Free State.
Our regional office in Kwazulu Natal is situated in Durban, and 4 satellite offices throughout the province has been established in Empangeni, Port Shepston, New Castle and Pietermaritzburg which already was in existence.
The regional office in Free State Province is situated in Bloemfontein and 1 satellite office in Welkom. It is due to the growth of the company that has necessitated a need for new offices

New Contracts
Ulwazi Protection Services (Pty) Ltd announce new contracts:
Ulwazi Protection Services, a subsidiary company of Ulwazi Group has recently been awarded 3 contracts with the
Department of Home Affairs for Kwazulu Natal and Free State Provinces, Gauteng Department of Education and Corobrik.
The contracts awarded are for the provision of security services.
These new contracts awarded will see an additional employment of 320 security officers.
This, the company attributes to recruitment of the best people and continuing to improve and focus the business on its vision.
Nondumiso Cleaning & Horticultural Services (Pty) Ltd announce a new contract:
Nondumiso Cleaning & Horticultural Services a wholly owned subsidiary of Ulwazi Group is pleased to
advice on a new contract awarded.
The contract awarded is for the provision of cleaning services with the Constitutional Hill - Johannesburg.
Nondumiso Cleaning & Horticultural Services CEO, Ms Cindy Mabizela said the contract awarded
was further strengthening the
company and furthermore the company will continue to aggressively pursue additional contracts. In addition she said while the short and medium
term outlook remains uncertain,
the potential for increased momentum on existing contracts provides greater optimism for the
2010 financial year.
The contract will see an additional 23 cleaners being employed.
